someone mentioned to me that this web site is becoming like Heart Balm but without the good bits. Apparently Heartbalm was a kind of agony aunt column in the Truth newspaper in which people wrote in looking for help with their sexy misadventures. I guess I must have missed that growing up.
I've done some research though: apparently it folded in 1995, which explains why I missed it.
However, I can safely assure all Hot Sitters that this website will never descend below the waistband in search of cheap sensationalism.
I was hoping to find a pic of The Truth on line to show you but alas no go. I couldn't even find a picture of the Heartbalm masthead. Plenty of pictures of lip balm products though on Google images - lord knows why. How come, if the net is ruled by porn you can't find one single picture from what was, by all accounts, this town's equivalent of the Penthouse letters page?
